Rudi Schultz is a seasoned winemaker from a family of winemakers. He's also an avid surfer, which inspires the names of his wines.
WINEMAKING WIZARDRY
Grapes were picked early morning from an 1961 old vineyard in Paarl, whole bunch pressed and the juice was allowed to settlle overnight. Barrel fermentation completed in old Burgundy barrels & aged on primary lees for 9 months.

A rich, textured Chenin Blanc from the classic old bush vines of Swartland.
