WINEMAKING WIZARDRY
A 67% Syrah and 33% Cabernet Sauvignon blend - the Cabernet was left in 1 new French Oak barrel and the Syrah in 2 third-fill French Oak barrels for 10 months. The 3 barrels were then blended together, and kept for another 8 months in older barrels before being bottled. Spending a total of 18 months in barrels, it is ready to be enjoyed now, and will certainly age for a few years too! 850 bottles produced.
